Is there any case study on participatory budgeting in russia? how is it going on?

We are the PB Unit for the UK and focus predominantly on PB that is happening in the UK. We do our best to have an idea of what's happening internationally - just in terms of best practice and learning for the UK but we don't have extensive knowledge. You may want to look at www.participatorybudgeting.org as this is an international website with information on PB around the world.
