PB masterclass: commissioning and budget cycles

This masterclass will support your organisation to engage effectively with residents and service users. By using community asset based approaches and techniques such as budget matrices and criteria, it’s possible to provide a fair and transparent way of involving people in decisions on budgets and services.
The PB Unit has over 10 years experience of practical support and facilitation of PB in the UK. The Unit is a project of the charity, Church Action on Poverty, based in Manchester, but working nationally.
This is one in a series of masterclasses aimed at providing targeted and relevant support to practitioners in developing PB in the current economic and political climate. The masterclasses will be deliberately kept small to ensure maximum learning and focused support relevant to your context.
35 Dale Street is located in Manchester city centre within the Northern Quarter, very close to Piccadilly and Victoria Train stations.
