Manton participatory budgeting project adverts

Manton Community Alliance have been running a PB project for 2 years and decided that to reach as many people as possible, rather than have a day of seeing presentations from projects and voting, they would have different events and show a DVD of 'adverts' for the different projects bidding for funding. The video is in 3 parts due to its length
