Regional learning groups get up and running

After many delays and procrastinations, most regions have either had a first meeting of their learning sets or will in the near future.

The learning set trend started with the South West's meeting on 7th October.  Yorkshire and Humber are next with their meeting on 24th November.

The North West were due to have one at the end of October, however this is being rearranged.  South East, East and North East are all looking for dates in their diaries with the expectation that they'll happen early in the new year.

We will keep you posted on dates.

The purpose of the learning sets its to provide a place where innovations, learning, issues, successes and all things PB can be discussed by practitioners regionally.  The meetings are for those people already involved in PB locally.  For those that are looking for more information on PB, the Consultation Institute training or other PB seminars and conferences are more appropriate.  Check out our events section for more information.

To ensure these groups aren't just a one-off meeting the South West have already set the dates for their next two meetings, to happen every two months.  It's up to each region to decide the frequency of meeting, and it seems the learning sets are off to a great start.

To get involved in your regional learning set please contact your Regional Empowerment Partnership.  If you aren't sure how to contact them, please contact us and we can signpost you to the right person.
